On May 14, 2026, the Korea Education and Research Information Service (KERIS), in cooperation with the Daegu Dongbu Police Station, visited Saeron Elementary School to conduct a special children’s traffic safety campaign in celebration of Family Month.

The “Yellow Cards” distributed to students are reflective safety items attached to school bags that can increase pedestrian visibility distance by up to nine times. KERIS has continued this campaign every year without interruption since 2019.

KERIS will continue working closely with the local community to promote safe school commutes for children and strengthen traffic safety awareness.
