teaching and learning methods, by providing domestic and international research data and university
lectures that can be accessed easily and effectively.

information to ensure educational policies are effectively formulated and implemented.

Establishment and Activation of Intelligent Academic Information Distribution System

• Operate the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) and provide customized support for information marginalized population
• Operate the digital academic information dissemination(dCollection) system and University Research Trend Analysis Service (U-REKA)
• Establish the integrated database of the library resources owned by the universities nationwide and run inter-library loan (ILL) services
• Support for strengthening the capacity of professionals in university libraries and promoting humanities

Advance the Overseas Academic Information Distribution System

• Expand high-demand university licenses (electronic information usage rights) and operate of knowledge platforms
• Operate Foreign Journal Support Center (FRIC) and joint use of overseas academic data
• Expand the original text of overseas academic data and provide overseas data application services (EDDS)

Operating a Support System to Revitalize Higher Education Remote Learning

• Support strengthening the remote education capacities of universities and operation of AI-based personalized curriculum curation service(CURES) for adult learners
• Promote Korea-ASEAN education cooperation and jointly operate ACU-OER platform
• Operate the University Distance Education Center (UDEC) by region and joint use of remote education infrastructure
• Operation of the Korea Open Course Ware (KOCW) service
• Policy research on digital badge activation and anagement of a collaborative council
